Dee Why Beach is the heart of Northern Beaches located eighteen kilometres north-east of the Sydney central business district between Collaroy and Curl Curl on The Northern Beaches. The Beach runs along the eastern border of the Tasman Sea for about 1.2 km along. It is not always filled with visitors like other famous northern beaches but is still an amazing location for surfing, swimming, or just relaxing on the clam white sand.

When people think about Dee Why Beach, their minds right away leap to pictures of surfing and lying out in the sun. There’s also a very popular picnic location that is best for an afternoon picnic. Dee Why Lagoon

Dee Why Lagoon is located at the northern end of the beach, separated by the remaining dunes. It has been a wildlife refuge for birds since 1973, it is marked as an extremely important area for the migrating birds. This reserve is primarily swamp-based bushland.

The beautiful Dee Why Beach provides scenic and clam views, especially at the times of sunset and sunrise. It is a perfect place to capture these amazing scenery.
